• Multi-Platform Support: CLI tool, web interface, and API access
• Usage Tracking: Dashboard for monitoring generation limits and history
• Tier-Based Access: Free, Pro, and Team subscription levels

Service Limitations

• Generation limits based on subscription tier
• File size and project size restrictions
• API rate limits to prevent abuse
• Supported programming languages and file types

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per email address
• Email address serves as your username
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

Account Security

• Password Requirements: Minimum 8 characters
• Your Responsibility: Keep credentials secure, do not share accounts
• Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately at security@struktd.com
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities under your account

API Keys

• Treat API keys like passwords
• Do not share or expose in public repositories
• Rotate keys if compromised
• Keys are tied to your account and usage limits

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

• Generate context for your own software projects
• Use output with AI assistants for development purposes
• Integrate STRUKTD into your development workflow
• Share generated context within your organization (Team tier)

Prohibited Activities

• Abuse: Circumventing rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reselling: Reselling or redistributing our service
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer our algorithms
• Malicious Use: Scanning or analyzing projects without authorization
• Scraping: Automated extraction of data from our service
• Illegal Content: Processing projects containing illegal or infringing content
• Security Testing: Penetration testing without written permission
• Resource Abuse: Activities that degrade service performance

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in:

• Warning and temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Legal action if applicable
• No refund for paid subscriptions

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Pricing Tiers

• Free Tier: 8 generations per month, all features
• Pro Tier: Unlimited generations, priority support (pricing on website)
• Team Tier: Multi-user access, advanced features (pricing on website)

Billing

• Subscriptions billed monthly or annually
• Payments processed through Stripe
• All prices in USD unless otherwise stated
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Free Trials

If offered, free trials:

• Require valid payment method
• Auto-convert to paid unless cancelled
• One trial per customer

Refunds

• Pro-rated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 30 days
• No refunds for monthly subscriptions or partial months
• Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Refunds at our discretion for service failures

Price Changes

• We reserve the right to modify pricing
• Existing subscribers grandfathered for current billing cycle
• 30-day notice for price increases
• Option to cancel before new pricing takes effect

Payment Failures

• Service downgraded to Free tier after failed payment
• Account may be suspended after repeated failures
• Outstanding balances must be paid before reactivation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

STRUKTD Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in STRUKTD (including software, algorithms, design, logos, and content) are owned by STRUKTD or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

Your Content

• You retain all rights to your project files and code
• We do not claim ownership of your input data
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service
• We do not use your code to train models or share with third parties

Generated Output

• You own the context summaries generated from your projects
• Output may be used freely for your development purposes
• Output is derivative of your input and our processing

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute STRUKTD software
• Remove proprietary notices or labels
• Create derivative works based on our service
• Use our trademarks without permission

7. User-Generated Content

Content Processing

• Files are processed in memory and not permanently stored
• Metadata (file names, sizes, counts) logged for usage tracking
• No manual review of your code by STRUKTD staff
• Temporary caching for performance optimization

Your Representations

By uploading content, you represent that:

• You have rights to the content
• Content does not infringe third-party rights
• Content is not illegal, harmful, or offensive
• You have authorization to share any proprietary code

Prohibited Content

Do not upload projects containing:

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Stolen or pirated software
• Content that violates export control laws
• Personal data of others without consent

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

Service "As Is"

STRUKTD is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

No Guarantee of Results

• We do not guarantee accuracy of generated context
• Output quality depends on input quality and project structure
• AI assistant performance is outside our control
• Results may vary based on project complexity

Service Availability

• We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary outages
• No service level agreement (SLA) for Free tier

9. Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRUKTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content
• Unauthorized access to your account

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Exceptions

This limitation does not apply to:

• Our gross negligence or willful misconduct
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Violations that cannot be limited by law

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold STRUKTD harmless from claims arising from:

10. Termination

Termination by You

• Cancel subscription anytime from dashboard
• Delete account to permanently remove data
• Cancellation effective end of billing period
• No refunds for partial periods

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
• Payment fails repeatedly
• Your account poses security risks
• Required by law or legal process
• Service is discontinued

Effect of Termination

• Access to service immediately revoked
• Data retained for 30 days then deleted
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Sections that should survive (IP, liability) remain in effect

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

Service Changes

• We may add, modify, or discontinue features
• Core functionality changes announced in advance
• No guarantee of backward compatibility

Terms Updates

• We may update these Terms periodically
• Material changes require 30 days notice

• Continued use constitutes acceptance
